Joanne Lo
Joanne Lo is the National Trainer for Biotherm beauty therapists, based in Queensland. She is a certified beauty therapist, who has been with L'Oréal Australia for 11 years. Prior to that, Jo owned her own hair and beauty salon, and freelanced as a hair and make-up artist.
Jo's L'Oréal career began with the Lancôme events team. She then moved to Biotherm in 2001 and now brings a wealth of knowledge to Biotherm's skincare products and spa techniques.
